If we will see the background of social as well as technical development of world has developed in 19th century . According to socially before 19th century people was present in socially but not technically Technology ("science of craft", from Greek τέχνη, techne, "art, skill, cunning of hand"; and -λογία, -logia) is the sum of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation.
Technology can be most broadly defined as the entities, both material and immaterial, created by the application of mental and physical effort in order to achieve some value. In this usage, technology refers to tools and machines that may be used to solve real-world problems.
The definition of technology is science or knowledge put into practical use to solve problems or invent useful tools.
                             Technical period comes in 19th century , In this period there are so many things are invented .

✓ yeah , we can say that we live without Technology but living form on the earth Earth is unsocially because we can say without Technology we are illiterate person such as , if we will see do anything , of it clocks of timing wastage and then there are so many problems are created on one single serving in that sense we can say without Technology life is unsocial & as like animals 
                                N without Technology smart work could not do , for smart working , we need machinery System, that machinery System is impossible without Technology ....
